Definately better than my dream....I hope

Well it was easy for me to work out what was on my mind last night as the only thing I dreamt about was larping and Maelstorm.
Apparently I had managed to bring some extra people from Chester who were also going to join us. Who then protested once they found out that their part in the larp was as kidnapping victims that the rest of us had to find. So they scarpered. We were in the setting up mode so weren't fully dressed yet. There was a hand written equipment sheet that was going round our group that we had to choose our equipment for. I decided to get my sword, and two walls. I was then uncertain what else I could afford.
When asked why I got two walls I pointed out the flimsy tents and the wind that was sweeping through the camp and said that we would have shelter, even if no one else had any. We then stressed back and forth to make sure our equipment list was correct and finished in time for the start up. I then saw my mask and went ballistic as someone had pushed the feathers loose. Ok maybe not the end of the world but I have already (in real life) sewn these down three times due to accidents... And I did not have a lot of time to do so again. This is when I thankfully woke up with the thought it can't be as bad as that at least.
In other Larp related news, my hand now looks like I have chicken pox or some such after I sewed things onto my glove. Stretch material meant having to do it whilst wearing the glove. Leather needles are sharp...
