Wrestling With P.O.V
Jul. 4th, 2006 09:43 amOk so update on my writing. As usual I have more ideas than time and more time than motivation. However I finally got round to finishing yet other short story that now needs heavy editing.
My main issue - P.O.V
The story is just over 6 pages long and for the first 5 I manage to keep the P.O.V on one person. Something that I usually find quite tricky. Then it all goes horribly wrong as I switch P.O.V for one page at the end only to have the last two sentences as the original P.O.V
So now I have to work out if I'm going to scrap the whole section and rewrite it in the correct P.O.V or if I am going to add the other P.O.V in earlier... Thus changing the dynamic of the story yet again.
Decisions, decisions... Anyway back to typing. Otherwise I'll never get anything done.
