The HP that was and the HP that is...

choccoweeble has now returned from her holiday and I have my hands on HP7. She has now decided to start rereading them from book 1 to much exclamations of "I see that makes much more sense" and "I knew it".

In a bizarre amused joke I said "I bet I finish before you", full well realising that HP 1 is only a third of the length of HP7.

choccoweeble has taken me up on the challenge. As things stood at last count yesterday she was on pag 16 and I was on page 48. We'll see who comes out on top in the end. To be fair we are using the same time frame to read in. So after reading 1 h 1/2 before she got up I'm waiting for her to complete 1 h 1/2 so I can start reading again.

It's a bizarre challenge but as I was planning on speed reading the book anway it makes it more fun.
