Sometimes you have to complain.

shazrashaOk I will be the first to admit that I'm kind of a pushover. So laid back I'm horizontal. If something is wrong I don't tend to complain.
However I have to draw the line somewhere and today will be it. I usually find the postman is a nice fellow. Someone who does his best to get the post to me and place parcels in convenient spots when not in (usually the parcel depot). But this time we ended up with the short straw and he/she did not do as I expected.
Can anyone explain to me the thinking behind this bright spark who thought it would be a good idea to FOLD an A4 Jiffy bag WITH contents and put it through a letter box that normally they wont even put DVDs through?
No? Ah well I'm off to the depot to give them a piece of my mind. I might get compensation, though I doubt it (there was no do not bend written on it) but at least they wont do it again when it might be something worth a whole lot more and slightly less resilient.
