Prophetic Dreams & Sleep? What's Sleep?

I watched the first part of Silent Witness:Supernova on Sunday to avoid taping it. Murder in the school playground. Most of what I remember is the self cutting, the random school psychologist and that it was a murder.
I then went to bed and had the weirdest dream with all sorts happening...I thought nothing of it. Until I went onto their website and saw this as part of the description of the second half.
"the pathologists find themselves pulled into a world of violence, spies, extremism and cover-ups."
The question now is, would anyone believe me if I said that is what my dream was about? It had all of the above mixed in. Without having watched the second part I don't think their spy was a shapeshifting gender bender however but what can I say? This is my brain we are talking about.
I've been reading LifeWorks' guide to Getting a good night's sleep and decided to calculate how bad my sleep patterns actually are.
"Most adults tend to need about eight hours of sleep a night to feel rested and energetic
So starting with that premise lets see how I do.
I usually manage to get to bed between 10 - 11pm on any given night. I'd say more on the 10:30 side so we will take that as our starting time. My alarm is set to 6:00 at the earliest, which, as this is my shift every other week (and sometimes more), I shall use as my base line. That gives us a starting average of 7:30 h of sleep
It is commented on that it should take roughly 15-20 mins to fall asleep. I think 30 is easier to work with and more likely to be true in my case. So we are now onto 7 h of sleep.
Now to factor in that I am a nervous sleeper when I have to get up early and in fact am more likely to wake at 5 or 5:30 than six. So we remove another 30 -45 mins. That's 6h 15mins.
And this is just if I get to start falling asleep at 10:30 not 11 which is more often the case now. (with the appalling result of 5h 45 mins of sleep.
Now I spend a lot of time feeling like I have a hangover - but as I never drink beer I get the bad but no good, and taking headache tablets for my sleep induced pain. On top of this it should be pointed out that those 5h 45mins of sleep I get are not restful, as I tend to wake often during the night.

Poor thing....
