Would you like Prawn Crackers with that?

So my local Takeaway may not been the best I've been to. (The chinese in Knutsford is good! And the price reflects it). But it is decent and the woman who works there is very nice. She's not always easy to understand, her accent being quite broad, but very generous.
With a memory like an elephant she always remembers your preferences and who else comes in who know you. But what I really like are the freebies. 9 times out of 10 you get free prawn crackers! I've stood there waiting for my chinese banquet and she's made me a mini spring roll to eat while I wait. Last night I bought spring roll, chips and chicken wings. On top of that she gave me Prawn crackers and a cheese and onion pie.
So to make up for this I try not to be too precise with my coins,in her favour, when pulling them from my pocket. I've happily handed over the entire contents of my change ridden jeans when too tired to count (but only because I knew I had enough for what I wanted).
My favourite bit of my meal however was seeing her haggle out a price with another customer who did not have enough cash. She drives a hard bargain when she has to.
In unrelated news things I saw on way to work:
Squirrel intelligently using the overhead pedestrians footpath to cross dual carriageway.
Man stopping big truck in roundabout to pick up random metal piece that seems to have fallen off.
And finally cars parked in every available curb space as my workplace has more drivers than spaces.
Teas so far: 1 and 1 flask of Nypon soppa.
