I was eleven and having to dress in a mostly black uniform with a yellow bee stripe tie. I had rebeled for the first time about uniform standards and was wearing trousers instead of a skirt.

10 years ago
I was Sixteen just starting my last year of Swedish High school and setting myself up to be brainy for yet another year and randomly being on of only two (the other my sister) who could succeed and avoid the tag of Swat.

I was in Bordeaux, France starting my year of ineffectually teaching highschool kids english. But improving my French immensely by going to the Pub every wednesday night.

I was working at my old job and watching as the outsourcing started to take speed but fairly confident that I would have a job come January but not confident enough to plan holidays.

Yesterday
I was shattered from not having enough sleep due to my brain still being in Artificer mode and Kerrigan's worries and plans keeping me awake.

Today
I am sitting at work trying to actually do some but sincerely addicted to updates in the Artificer forum.

Tomorrow
I can't see my Artificer addiction leaving gently as I still have a very complcated downtime to plan.

And boy was it hard trying to make sure I was referencing the right year...

I hear you on the watching the forum thing...at least I am not skipping at work anymore...I just have the infernal humming and song snippet singing to deal with. :D
And darned if I don't have to be sociable this evening (Medievalist's film club) so I can't contact you to froth again!

I was 7 - and thus was avoiding it for the same reason as midnightoak - thanks for bringing the age down to a more comfy level!

Artificer sounds like it was fab but possibly the bringer of even worse reality sickness than Maelstrom (ouch!) - possibly safety warnings should be given?

Man I have been humming and skipping for THREE DAYS! and can't get the blasted noble lady out of my head...Aud is not close enough to my actual personage to stick...also, Maelstrom has yet to be that immersive.

On the other hand it has given me a lot of smiliness and actually made me work better too...hmmm

I think I'm glad I didn't go then :-) I can barely afford Maelstrom and the reality sickness is not something I'd want to give myself more often. Does sound very, very good, though....

It was one of those things were one person came to the event with a full on cold and because they were so prominant managed to pass it on to all who interacted with them.

Yes randomly my office also has the sniffles so I could have picked it up at both places.
